Boasting over 25 kilometres of beaches and solid wind right from July all the way through January, in Jeri there are fantastic conditions to touch base on kiteboarding – flat water lagoons, river mouths and ocean waves.
At low tide the best and flattest conditions are at Guriu river, which is at the end of a thrilling downwinder over several kilometres from Jericoacoara itself. You’ll also find flat water on low tide, waves and cross-shore winds at Mangue Seco. Alternatively take a buggy 12 kilometres upwind across the national park to the cross / cross-onshore winds of Preá.
